Through my installations and sculpture work, I aim to experiment with the concept of instinctual touch and physical interaction. I manipulate a variety of textures to explore tactile perception and social conventions of touch. Exploring the physical boundaries of art and our cognitive processing whether or not to engage with artwork is a key influence of my pieces and something I am going to continue to explore for this exhibition.
